Each SkiErg comes with our most advanced Performance Monitor, the PM5.Get Connected The PM5 monitor has both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps. Our free Concept2 ErgData app helps you track your workouts and can sync with the Concept2 Online Logbook. Third party apps can provide additional features to help keep you motivated. Free Standing or Wall Mounted
The SkiErg can be either mounted on a wall or used with a floor stand. Wall mounting provides the most compact option, while the floor stand, with its anti-skid deck and caster wheels, provides an all-in-one solution that makes the SkiErg mobile. Either way, the SkiErg is easy to assemble, and we provide all the tools you’ll need to do the job. High Strength Drive Cords
The SkiErg relies on high-strength cords in its drive system. Much stronger than steel, the cords are also extremely lightweight, resulting in a system that is responsive and smooth. Flywheel and Damper
The SkiErg responds to your effort on every pull, so you are in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times. The spiral damper allows you to quickly adjust the airflow to the flywheel, so you can change the feel of the pull to suit your preference. Whether you want your workout to feel like you’re on flat terrain or an uphill climb, the SkiErg will respond to your needs. Ergonomic Strapless Handles

The SkiErg requires very little assembly. There are a total of twelve screws, and we include all necessary tools and clear instructions with lots of pictures.

Replacement can be refused if:
- a) Damages caused to the goods on account of negligence or improper usage on the part of the customer,
- b) If it shows sign of wear and tear in any way,
- c) Damages caused due to misuse of the goods.
Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the goods. Please allow one to three weeks from the day we receive the goods for your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale goods.

Please keep the goods ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
Please take care of the following points, while packing your goods for Pickup -
- Should be packed properly to avoid any damages during transit
- Goods should not be used/altered/ tampered
- Keep original price tag & packing intact
Once verified by the The Gym Equipment team the goods will be replaced and will be delivered back to you.
Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability of goods. If replacement is not possible due to non- availability of stock then other goods of the same value will be delivered to you.
Shipping Policy
We ensure timely delivery of the goods. So once you have placed an order, be rest assured as we will look after everything. Also, timely delivery of the order is our utmost priority however, actual delivery depends upon availability of the goods, your shipping address, etc. We have collaborated with top Courier to assure that you receive your order on time. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach our customer support.
Purchases are shipped from our factory / warehouse in Mumbai by courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
Delivery for Prepaid Orders:
7 to 8 working days for Mumbai.
10 to 12 working days may be required for places outside Mumbai.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
